Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Numbness of upper lip and cheek may be due to side effect of any drug administered.

Numbness of lips can also occur due to tobacco or pan chewing or intake of spicy foods.

A thorough clinical evaluation is necessary in your case.

If required, topical corticosteroids has to be administered topically on the affected area.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Plenty of fruits as well as nutritional supplements has to be administered.

Chest pain has to be treated after consulting with your physician.

Take care.
