Chest pain in left side of chest, left arm pain, dizziness, high pulse rate. Heart condition?

I have been having chest pain in my left side and my left arm hurts when this happens and I have been having some dizziness and have passed out at times when this happens and my heart races at time to time, I have seen a Cardiologist in the past but they could not find anything wrong but it is still happening and getting worse over time, What can be causing this to happen?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/ Madam
A pain radiating to left arm, dizziness and passing out definitely suggest something important. Although your cardiologist has not found anything, a lot depends upon his degree of suspicion and how extended his work-up was. After the possibility of a cardiac (heart related) condition, possibility of a cervical spine disorder may also be considered which can have all 3 symptoms.
First seek a cardiologist review and if everything fine, seek a spine specialist opinion.
Hope this helps.
