Chest Pain, Especially When Coughing And Running. Wondering What It Could Be?

Hello Dr.!
I have for a long time been having some trouble with pain in my chest. It's right in the spot where the bottom ribs meet. Sometimes it just appears without me having done anything, but also I can feel it when coughing and running. I get a little scared when it happens, so I was wondering what it could be.

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Urine RE/ME,Ultrasound of abdomen,ECG in all leads,Upper GI endoscopy,Further investigations may be done if needed.
There may be various causes for your problem like gastrointestinal or musculoskeletal causes.
Treatment can be done after proper clinical examination and investigations reports.
