Chest pain behind breast, radiates to shoulder and neck, fever, chills, hot flashes

I am a 34 year old female that started having right sided sharp chest pain behind the breast 3 days ago. The pain has been persistent and has not improved. Today the pain has worsened and feels a little different. Pain worsens when breathing in and radiates to my shoulder and neck. The pain is also worse when bending forward and laying on my right side. I have a temperature of 99.6 and have chills/hot flashes.

Hi, Jennyp,
Thanks for query.
Your pain seems due to fever and chills you got.
This is a part of generalized body ache and malaise.
But as your pain is in the chest and radiates in the shoulder and neck go for ECG to be on safer side.
Ok and bye.
