Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You have not mentioned age, gender, risk factors and so on...

You have not said of specific characteristics of the pain – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on.

Your symptoms do not suggest CAD. However, it is better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT). If it is normal, nothing to do – except to repeat annually. If in doubt, further work up is done..

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

Hi, I suffer from anxiety. I have bad chest and back pain when excercising but also at rest. I have been to the ER several times. Had EKGs and blood tests done. I also have worn a 14 day heart monitor which I was just told came back healthy. I experience these pains daily, primarily in left and center chest. I also experience what feels like a 100lb weight feeling on my chest. I am an 18 year old male. Normal activity level and weight. Heartbeat at rest in the morning is 58. I would like to know if these tests rule out heart disease. Specifically clogged arteries. Many doctors have told me it is just anxiety but this is very hard for me to believe.

I think that I either have a heart problem (high blood pressure, possible heart attack, etc. .... I know, sounds like I m a hypochondriac), or that I have suffered from (possibly still suffering from) broken heart syndrome. My symptoms seem to correlate with both, except I did not vomit, which I have read sometimes accompanies a heart attack in women. I am only 36, and my blood pressure has been through the roof. I work out, about 4 days a week, but probably don t get as much cardio in as I should ... but when I was having chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, etc. it was extremely hard to workout. I would stop and feel like I couldn t breathe. My body was even turning red, which I know is a sign of lack of oxygen ( I teach group fitness classes.) I know I need to see a Dr., and am trying to get my health insurance squared away, but having some difficulty with that. I am worried that when I do see the Dr., he or she will not give me the tests I need to check for heart damage and a possible heart attack, because they will immediately say it was probably all due to broken heart syndrome. These were my symptoms - chest pain, shortness of breath, feeling like I couldn t breathe when exercising, very high blood pressure - highest was 166/110 I think, at one point pain in upper back, getting winded easily, tiring easily, before it happened, i also had headaches and was tired all the time, which I heard happens with high bp (didn t know I had high bp at the time, really.) My chest is not hurting anymore, thankfully. My breathing is better, but still not back to the way it was. My bp is lower, but still in hypertension 2 range.

I have a hoarse voice from screaming on roller coasters 3 days ago. I am a singer and have a performance tomorrow night. I was thinking of going to my regular bickram yoga class tonight, which is done is a super heated and humidified room. No hard breathing involved but certainly long slow breathing. I am hoping it will stretch me out all over including my vocal chords. I am not using my voice for speaking or anything else over the next couple days to try and recover it for the performance. Could the hot yoga be harmful in any way?

Also at night in bed my skin feels really hot and dry and uncomfortable. I am a 47 year old female, in great health and teach yoga and work as a massage therapist. I cut out Gluten a few month ago but that did not help ;-(

Hello Doc, My dad[52] is having a sensitive stomach and atleast once a month he gets indigestion and vomiting, which once occurs, then takes about 1 week to recover. As per doctor s analysis, its just an infection, and the medication is given. I just wanted to know the cause of this and how can these be prevented in future.
