Chest Pain, Back Pain. Difficulty Sleeping Due To Anxiety. Heart Problem?
Sir, I m having pain on my left chest for the past few months, also having pain on my back side too, sometimes i could spot out the positions, there are 4 or 5 spots are there from where the pain starts, i can t sleep at night due to anxiety , i feel very tired and drowsy too, feeling tightness and uncomfortable on my left chest, i just want to know anything wrong with my heart , please advise me what should i do ??

You have not mentioned age, gender, risk factors and so on...
You have not said of specific characteristics of the pain – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on.
Your symptoms do not suggest CAD. However, it is better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT). If it is normal, nothing to do – except to repeat annually. If in doubt, further work up is done..
