Chest pain after eating or drinking.

I swallowed some really hot (temperature) food 3 days ago and have since had pain in the middle of my chest that will not go away and is worse immediately after eating or drinking. I have only tried Pepto Bismol and it did nothing. Also for quite some time now I have been getting stomache pain after laying on my back on the couch for more than 10 minutes. Any ideas out there? Thanks!

Ideas, man you should stop taking hot foods and switch to cold foods. Just one idea which can change the world right? Do get the doctors ideas as well as they are more worthy people to help you.
