Chest Heaviness, Difficulty In Inhalation After Stent Placement. Have Fainting Episodes, Arm Tightness. Is It Serious?

Hi, My father is 55 years old .He had an stent placement about 24 months ago ,after the placement he is contnuing having problems like chest strecthness and problem in inhalation as he feels heaviness in chest. sumtimes he gets fainted ,uncouness and have arms strecthness and tightness then we prefer to give him sorbitrate. Please suggest,is something serious. Regards, Jasdeep kaur
