Chest Has Squeezing Pain. Why Does It Happen All Day?

Hi! For the past 2 years I have been having a squeezing feeling in my chest . It comes 2-3 times a month & is very frightening. When it happens I have episodes all day long. I have been to the ER numerous of times. They can never find anything wrong. I have also seen a cardiologist who says my heart is good. I m a 32 yr old, 175 lbs, 5 5 female
