Chest congestion, tickling in throat, coughing bouts, blocked nose. Cure for symptoms?

Hey, I have what feels like an infinite amount of congestion in my chest . My deep breaths are raspy and they tickle my throat and I start coughing. My nose is stuffed as well but its not that bad. I cough up alot of stuff but the deep breaths I take while im coughing kind of trigger more tickles and more coughing. Thanks for your time on such a simple issue
