Chest Congestion, Cough, Cold, Stomach Fullness. Due To Acid Level In Stomach?

I feeling kind of chest congestion one week back i was suffering from cold . But now I am fine. But I doubt some kind of cough is still there in chest. Also everytime I am having this small portion of gas coming up and feeling that my stomach is always full. I doubt if this has something to do with the acidic level in my stomach. Any suggestion of what this is?

You had chest infection last week. However the sensation of fullness in the chest is itself due to thick mucus in chest. You also have hyperacidity.Pl rake medicines and boiling water inhalation to liquify the secretions in the chest along with H2 receptor antagonist(Pantaprozole)to reduce acidity.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
Yes, sometime gastro esophageal reflux cause chest discomfort, dry cough, throat irritation due to reflux, in such case to find out you may try antacid such Maalox, Mylanta, Rennie, Riopan, Rolaids in some persistent cases try ranitidine 75 mg or pantoprazole or omeprazole, there will be definitely improvements if your symptoms caused by acid reflux. Additionally try for your dry cough various types of cough syrup like Actifed or Bromhexine or Guafenesin, that will help.
I wish you good luck and speedy recovery,
