Chest pain in someone your age is always taken very seriously by doctors. Although I understand you are in excellent physical condition, with your family history it is important that you be evaluated by your doctor right away, as this could be angina (lack of blood flow in the coronary arteries).
It is very unlikely that indigestion would cause pain that goes to your back and jaw. This sounds much more like chest pain related to your heart. The best way to determine this is with a stress test, which your doctor can order. You also may need medicines to control you blood pressure and cholesterol (which increase your chance of heart attacks if they are too high).
I wish you the best of health, and thank you for posting on HCM.
