Chest Pain/ Difficulty

Hii, Im a 14 yr old female, im not overr weight im aboutt 55 kilos and im 5 7 in height. Recently, for the past few days ive been experiencing chest pain, it doesnt hurt when i breathe in, i dont have a cough.. my mum reckons ive pulled a few muscles. today i have been out in the sun all day (37 degree day) in a pool and eating food i would usually eat. The chest pain sorta started to flare up again but it wasnt really bad, but my left arm felt funny and straight away i thought heart attack but ive read up on heart attacks and its spose to feel numb but i can still feel it and its starting to go away but the pain in my chest is very mild and i feel quite dizzy tonight, but im not sure whether thats from being in the sun all day and not drinking enough. Im lacking in excersize as well if thats helps, but i do join in at school and its really only been 3 weeks since a full on excersize (yes sad i know) but ive been quite busy. Thanx in Advance :) xx

Call your doctor. It could be a bunch of things, but your mom, nor anyone on here can properly diagnose you. But I will say chest pains are not to be taken lightly. Good luck.
