Change In Medicine For Increased Heart Rate, Dizziness And Weight Loss?

I had been treated for coronary diesease at Medanta Gurgaon and two nos of bio degradable Stents/scafolding (by ABBOT LABORATORY) had been inplanted in June 2013.After post check up it has been found triglyceride level 239. At present I am feeling as below mentioned: 01. increased heart rate if some body part kept in one position. 02. Diziness. 03.Weight reduced to 66.0 kg from 82.5 kg (in June 2013.). 04.feeling blood flow at a high rate. 05.BP 160/96. Medicine. 01.Deplat 150 02.ATROVA 03.PAN-40. 04.HIZIDE-M 05.ALBAVIT PLUS 6.CARDAC-40. Can you suggest any changes in medicine or routine.

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! I understand your concern and would recommend you some therapy modifications, that could manage better your symptoms. To better control your high BP it is recommended to start an antihypertensive drug such as an ACEI (lisinopril, ramipril, etc), or ARB (valsartan, olmesartan, telmisartan, candesartan, etc), also a beta-blocker (such as metoprolol, carvedilol, nebivolol, bisoprolol, etc) would be helpful to control your hyper-dynamic status. Probably clopidogrel (Deplat) dose should be rechecked. Try to approach a healthy diet (Mediterranean diet is strongly recommended) and life style.
