Chances Of Pregnancy Having A Anechoic Cyst In The Right Ovary?

Hi sir, I am 27 year old female i have irregular menstruation period cycle i am taking deviery pils from 1st to 10 th april and after 14 days of it till 24 th april i didn t get any period after 13 days after taking deviery pills on 23 rd yesterday i did pregnancy test it was positive n in sonography or ultrasound no pregnancy found doctor is confused pregnancy test is positive but no fetus is shown in ultrasound and pelvic sonography shown the result: 1 left ovary shows a 8 7 6 cms size multilocated cystic shadow. 2 right ovary shows a 3 cms size smooth wall anechoic cyst. 3 no pelvic collection my last period cycle date is 7 march 2014. plz
