Chances Of Growth At Age 18?

Hello, my name is Alex. I am just about to turn 18 years old, 5'6", and 140 lbs. I am wondering if you believe I have the potential to grow at least 2 inches. I have grown about an inch in the last 2 years and never had a big growth spurt. I recently went to the doctor, and having examined that my teticles aren't fully developed and I have little, slow growing facial hair, said that I will most likely grow 2 inches and possibly even enough to reach 5'10". He also said that my penis would grow more aswell (5.5 inches erect). I have full pubic hair, armpit hair, happy trail, and an adult masculine body (broad chest since about 15 and no hair on it). I do five 100 meter sprints 3 times a week, take 500mg niacin (to boost hgh) before bed and 3mg melatonin (better sleep and reduce estrogen) before bed, and do felxible spinal and leg stretches twice a day. I also hang from a bar for 2 minutes before i go to bed for at least 8 hours. I thank you for your response if this isn't a fake

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

Height of an individual is determined by Genetics, Environmental & Nutritional factors and Hormonal factors (most important the Growth Hormone secreted by pituitary gland in brain)
An individual stops growing in height after the fusion of the Epiphyses (growth plates) of the long bones, which occurs by the age of 17-21 yrs in males.

So...as you are only 18 yrs old now, there is still a chance of achieving your dream height.
An X ray of your wrist joint can be taken to look for the fusion of epiphyses.

Regarding your body build, make sure that you are taking a healthy & balanced diet, exercise regularly & avoid stress.
Protein rich diet like soya, groundnut, pulses, etc should be incorporated in your diet plan.

Wishing you Good Health.
Take care.
