Hello sir and welcome.

First of all, it is important to know the menstrual history of the lady involved. Whether she has always had a regular cycle or has experienced irregularities in the past, whether she is on any medications, birth control, etc. All these factors can result in a menstrual delay, but if not, then chances of pregnancy exist.

I suggest a home pregnancy test to be conducted using an early morning urine sample for accurate results. If pregnancy is confirmed, please speak to a doctor for further management. There are no home remedies you can go about to terminate this pregnancy and I strongly advice against the use of any such techniques.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
