Chain smoker, feels like fainting after smoke. What could this be?

I am a regular smoker and have been for over a year. The last two cigarettes however have come with a very strange aftereffect. I feel like I m passing out, or fainting or something. I m not sure what s going on, it s very strange. After a few minutes, usually after I eat some food, it goes away. What could this be?
