Welcome to HCM

Its common for an 11 yr old to have some belly fat, but if his weight is more then what it should be for his age, he may be obese.
Obesity be can be due to incorrect diet, or diet rich in carbohydrate and fats.
Please make sure he eats right, a boy of this age should take about 400 ml of milk or equivalent amt of dairy products ONLY
If he hasnt got an allergy, he may take regular milk now.
Soya has benefits, but yes, has oestrogens-like-compounds too, so a word of caution here.
You may limi t his soy intake for now.
Toxins accumulated in the body , pass throught the system gradually, with time.
Good intake of water, balanced diet, activity/ exercise will ensure that.

Thanks & Regards
