Cause Of Pressure In The Lower Abdomen With A Possibility Of Polyp In The Uterus?

I have pressure in my lower abdomen. It is a discomfort feeling. It is constant and started three weeks ago. I have had a pelvic ultrasound. The results being a possible polyp in the uterus. I have an appointment with a gynecologist and a future appointment for urodynamics. Any thoughts as to what my problem is.

Hello madam, from the history you have given, well poly does cause abdominal discomfort. It is actually depends on the size of the polyp and also its location. Polyps also present with other symptoms like heavy menustral flow.I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist, as you require a clinical examination before coming to a conclusion. Hope i was helpful to you.
