Hello,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.

This may definitely be a neuropathy.
Many compression neuropathies occur like this, especially under the influence of alcohol.
You need to test an NCV or nerve conduction study of both the upper limbs and face.
This can be done at most hospitals where there is a neurologist available.

If found to be present, you will need to get admitted to the hospital for treatment with injectible steroids, pregabalin and other supportive care inclusive of physiotherapy.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
Feel free to contact me for any further clarification.
Best of luck,
Dr Saumya Mittal
