Cause For The Migraines And The Problem With The Eye?

I have BPPV, occipital neuralgia and migraines with a visual component caused by a car accident. I take Klonipin for anxiety, and muscle relaxers to stop my eyes from moving back and forth. For the past couple of months, I've been taking a drug for epileptic seizures, which has almost entirely stopped the migraines. For the past month, I've noticed my eyes seem to want to roll back in my head, and I can't seem to control it, and tonight I noticed it seemed a migraine was coming on with it. Do you have any thoughts on what might be causing this? Thank you for your time and consideration. Best, C

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can appreciate your concern, your symptoms some what suggestive of extrapyramidal syndrome, if you are taking any phenothiazine group of drug then this could be the cause of your symptoms but this possibility need to be ruled out, for the rest of the complain it does not seems pathological problem and no need to worry about this, I would advise to take the Benzodiazepine group of drug and the best drug would be Diazepam 5 mg once in day, take care and have good day.
