Cause For The Face And Eye To Become Strange?

My face feels real tense; never comfortable unless I've just woke up in the morning…or at home alone before I enter the world, so to speak.
Now I can't seem to keep my lips in the same position. Seems to effect my right eye as well. I'll look in the mirror and have a strange look on my face, until I'm aware of it…and straighten it out.???? Any advice?

It appears you are having facial palsy ,facial nerve paralysis right side. Mouth will be drawn towards left side.Right eyelid will not be completly closed. It is self limiting. However you can take neurobionfort tablet or injection for 10days. For quick relief steroid with tappering dose for 7 to 10 days. To avoid exposer kerattis refresh tear to be applied in eyes. It will be normal in two weeks time.
