Cause For The Discomfort In The Chest?

I have been getting a feeling of something loose in my chest. Sometimes the feeling is like a wave or a dull feeling, never a sharp pain. I also get hard flutters that I have talked to a Dr about and was told to change diet and try to destress. I am often tired but my work load is very heavy and stressful. I am 173 cm and weight 85kgs. I also do a light amount of exercise.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more.
But better to rule out heart diseases first.
So get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out cardiac diseases.
If both are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Stress and anxiety appear more likely cause in your case.
So avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
Consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
