Hi,
Brown pigmentation on hand can be caused by various reasons like overproduction of melanin , excessive sun exposure, hereditary, age related, vitamin deficiency, hormonal changes and also post inflammatory. so, consult a dermatologist for further physical examination and some related investigations.
At least apply sunscreen of SPF15 and avoid direct sun exposure to the affected area. further treatment will be decided by your doctor according to cause and test report.
Thank you, bye.
