As postpartum, there is possibly hormonal
changes in the body and also due to postpartum, there will be complaints of joints which is common.
Since your RA test is negative, it has to be negative as most of the times the multiple joints pains are misunderstood as RA which is not the case.
The reason for the joints pain has been mentioned above.
Since you are on calcium supplement
I will advise having a discussion with your gynecologist about the vitamin D3 supplement
. As this plays an important role in the joint pains
. Due to loss of blood, hormonal changes, non-weight bearing over the joints due to weakness, less exposure to the sun there will be pains in the joints.
Also, I will advise starting slow and low-intensity general exercises which will help improve the overall health. Include breathing exercises along with general exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
