Cause For Pain Below The Rib-cage And Abnormal Stool?
hello doctor i waana ask, im suffering pain in my right upper quadrant below my ribcage. i did some ultrasound already and all my organs are normal exept my mild fatty liver. im wondering this pas few days my stool is color black and its lika a round ball. what do you thinks causes my pain and my stool

I really appreciate your concern, the chances of hyperacidity is very likely with the infection part mild protozoa infection with the increased acidic portion could cause such symptoms, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following treatment,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice in day for five days
