Cause For Holes At The Top Of The Mouth?

I have two tiny holes at the top of my mouth. Its also kinda yellowish I was wondering if you knew anything about that? I ate some butter earlier during lunch that had a perfume type taste andiI didnt know if I should go to the hospital or not. Im have strep throat type symptoms and my mouth is numb.

Hi, thanks for the query.
In my opinion , you have Acute Follicular tonsilitis. Tonsils has holes ,when infection spread to this hole they get fill with infected yellowish material.
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
