Pediatric Surgeon 's  Response
according to your findings you must be having serous otitis media i.e. middle ear effusion.this may lead to ringing in ear.you should start with valsalva manoeuvre( pinch your nose and gently blow your mouth against closed glottis).this exercise you should do ten to 15 times in a day.start steam inhalation thrice a day with vapocaps. eat chewing gums. you can use decongestant nose drops(xylometazoline) for a week .you should not let it progress as it may lead to hearing loss. get a x ray nasopharynx done to see any mass blocking Eustachian tube.also get a check up done with ent specialist to rule out a deviated nasal septum.if there is fluid you will need proper antibiotics, decongestants and mucolytic.
