Cause For Having Dark Smelly Stools With Mucus, Abdominal Cramps, Fatigue, Dizziness And Bad Taste?
When I have to use the bathroom to poop, it come on very suddenly and severely. Its have foul smelling, dark, gritty, mucus in stools .It always feels like I have more to come out, but nothing does. I also have abdominal cramping middle left side, right below my ribs.I frequently have dry burping, without drinking or eating anything. I have extreme trouble falling asleep, and never feel rested. During the day, I have fatigue , dizziness , light headednss and a dry mouth accompanied by a bad taste

Hello,
Incomplete evacuation of bowels is called tenesmus. possible causes are inflammation of rectum or colon may present like this. Other possibilities like irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerence or infection etc.
Get it done stool examination and colonoscopy. Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid gluten and lactose contain food.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
