Cause For Frequent Headache?

I have headaches sometimes in the back, sometimes in the front of the head above the eyes, sometimes sensations goes to the jaw and neck. That comes mostly at night and wakes me and can t get any sleep, although I feel sleepy, but the pain and preassure comes and goes. Tried tylonol and it doesn t help. Thanks!

Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having.

It seems that you have a migraine which is also causing add-on symptoms like the back pain. Here are a few things that you can try to help you:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times

Do try these for at least 5 days and then tell me how it goes. All the best.
