Hi,
In order to get pregnant with PCOD, you need to establish normal regular ovulation. This is possible if you are able to know what type of hormones are at fault and if you need any ovarian cyst puncture. A complete hormone profile after a proper clinical assessment and a trans-vaginal sonogram mark the initial step in the management. Hormone supplements to regularize the cycles along with weight management and regular exercise have been shown to give good results. Induction of ovulation is then tried in step-wise manner with regular monitoring. Hope this helps.
