Cause For Continuous Chest Pain?

I have chest pain that goes to my arm and feel exhausted all the time. Shortness of breath if I do anything and feel like I can t breath. The chest pain is almost contiuous but at times feels worse or more painful than at other times and often wakes me up in the night. I am a 40 yr old female

Hello

Continuous chest pain may be due to many reasons.It is important to rule out cardiopulmonary reasons.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,lipid profile,liver function test,renal function test,chest X-ray (PA view)ECG in all leads,TMT,ECHO.
Further investigations can be done if needed.
It is also important to exclude musculoskeletal causes of pain.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.
