what may be causing my husband to have bulging vein in right calf with ankle swellling and right temple headache?

Varicose veins are the cause of bulging calf veins. Towards evening it isnt unusal to have some ankle edema or swelling. Right temple or temporal headache may be caused by hypertension. This calls for a visit to your physician to check his BP.
