Cause For All The Problem In The Blood Test Report?

hi my wife s blood test came back with quite alot of failures . Total cholestrol 298mg/dL, HDL of 46, LDL no reading (as trigyceride was too high, 571mg/dL. The SGPT was 136U/L, SGOT 85, Gamma 105. On top of that the ESR is 36 mm/hr, WBC 23/uL, RBC 801. What could be the causes of all this?

Thanks for writing to HCM

You have altered lipid profile .It is important to know bilirubin level and history of alcohol.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Viral markers,Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.
You should consult gastroenterologist.
You need combination tablet of Atorvastatin 10 mg and Fenofibrate 140 mg once daily for continous use.
You should avoid fatty food and increase your physical activity.
