Cause And Treatment For Swollen And Painful Biceps?
I painted my 2000 sq ft house last year and ever since my right bicep is painful to move as well my right hands swollen. I'm right handed and a housewife so I can't rest it a lot but it's becoming unbearable. What's the cause and what's the treatment? I've used ice, heat pads, Tylenol and Advil. Thanks

The pain in the biceps is due to the unusual stress that has been put on the muscle. You need oral muscle relaxants in addition to heat pads for relief.
