Cause And Cure For Pressure And Pain In Vagina During Pregnancy

I m 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my second child and this pregnancy has been so different , I m having a lot of preassure to my bum & vagina&bum along with sharp shooting pains in my vagina , feeling like I have to poop but when I try and go nothing really happens and when I wipe a green substance is on the loo roll , my inner&outer thighs & bum cheeks have been getting random cramping/spasms , what could this meen? Also still slowly loosing my mucas plus in tiny little bits each day

Hello ma'am and welcome.

I would recommend a doctors visit to check on your stools by providing a stool sample. As for the vaginal pain, it is because your body has begun preparing for delivery as you are close to term. The colon is constantly irritated by the uterus and so the constant feeling of wanting to pass stools. There is nothing seriously wrong with you, only a stool test would be necessary at this point of time.
