Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

First of all, you need to introduce solid food high in fiber as well to your diet. A complete liquid diet is not advised in such cases. If your stool returns back to normal, all is fine.

We need to confirm whether this is only a urinary tract related issue or one related to the digestive system as well.

Now coming to the details. You complaints match that of a urinary tract infection, let me list them down for you:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed
-Chills
-Fever
-Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain
-Itching around the genitals

Please note that not all symptoms need to be present to make a clinical suspicion of a UTI. You will have to visit a doctor and get your urine and stool examined. The tests required are:
-Urine analysis
-Urine culture and sensitivity examination
-Stool analysis

In the meantime, continue with the liquids you are on, just introduce fibrous food to your diet.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
