Can You Travel By Train While Pregnant?

Hi ,i have posterior low lying placenta 4cm from internal os in 18 weeks pregnant as per factional age but it 19 weeks as per lmp.i want travel by train in berth for 8 hours travel in 21st week.i am very worried.it is safe for baby by placenta position.and travel is safe????
