Can You Suggest Diet Chart For A Baby?

"Hello,



I am a working women. I go to office from 8:00am and reach home by 8:00pm .Can you please suggest diet chart for my 6 month old baby.And Can you please provide me standard growth chart list for kids.My son height is 68cm and weight is 7.080. Is it normal?

Breast Milk and/or Formula are THE MOST IMPORTANT sources of nutrition for your infant up to 12 months old. Do NOT replace a nursing or bottle-feeding with a solid food meal and do not feed the solids first until your pediatrician indicates this is right for your baby.
