Can You Prescribe Me A Good Multivitamin As Lack Of Exercise And Faulty Diet Has Caused Unhealthy Life Due To Work Commitment ?

I would like to get myself a mutivitamin. Can a doctor recommend me a good one? I am 39 years of age and working in IT dept. Lack of exercise and faulty diet has caused unhealthy life due to work commitment.

hi muthukrishnan.. you can take centrum men under 50 daily..but try to be little more active like taking the stairs rather than the elevator, stretching in between office hours, doing light exercises like spot jogging..eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. carry healthy snacks at work like fruits, nuts, sprouts, chana kurmura, egg whites etc.. salads with both meals.. have green tea 3-4 cups /day and drink lot of water.. a supplement is an add on but to rectify your eating habits.. rest well..

Multivitamin is not a answer for faulty diet. Please make sure you include pleny of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
