Can You Please Provide Me With An Immunization Schedule ?

hello doctor ,what can i do if i lost my child s immunization schedule chart 2 yrs back and havent got administered any vaccine since then.current doctor wants the schedule which i m unable to provide pls help.my child is a girl of 5 yrs age.i m worried about this.please help.thank you.

Hi Welcome to Healthcare magic....
More important than loosing the immunization card is to know if your child has been fully vaccinated and with what vaccines.You can go to the centre where your child used to get her vaccination previously and get a vaccination card from them and know what vaccines have been given to her. The vaccination schedule is totally different in different hospitals depending on whether they are govt or private hospitals.According to you she has been immunized till date till 3 yrears thats when you lost your child s immunization card.
S o she seems to have been vaccinated for major of the diseases.
Now just go for another booster of DPT and OPV5.
