A slow pulse reflects that the heart is able to provide ample blood supply to your body tissues with a minimum of work. This really doesn't impact whether or not you will have a heart attack. Heart attack occurs when a clot or plaque in a coronary artery blocks blood flow to a portion of the heart, and that part of the heart muscle tissue dies. The heart doesn't stop beating...that is called cardiac arrest and usually doesn't occur with heart attack, although it can. So, the answer to your question is yes, you can.
