Hello and welcome to HCM,

The ultrasonography report of the pelvis suggests that the uterus is normal in shape and size.
The uterine lining i.e. endometrium is normal in thickness.
The myometrium is within normal limits.
Bilateral ovaries are also within normal limits.
There is no evidence of fluid collection or pus collection anywhere in the pelvis.

Overall, the report shows normal findings.
There is nothing to worry.

Thanks and take care
