Can You Elaborate My ECG Report?

I just had my ECG and it says there sinus rhythm, left atrial abnormality, non-specific ST T wave changes. I also got my chest xray and the result shows apical pleural thickening is seen on the left. Heart is not enlarged. Diaphragm and sinuses are intact. Please elaborate.

Hello
Thanks for writing to us

Non-specific ST-T wave changes may be a normal variant or it may be due to electrolyte imbalance, pericarditis etc.
You need clinical correlation and further investigations like ECHO,TMT etc.
Chest X-ray findings are also benign.Left apical pleural thickening may be sequel of past infection. It is a benign finding and it doesn't require any treatment.Rest of the findings like heart, diaphragm etc are normal.

Take Care
