Can Xiphoid Process Of Sternum Get Bigger & Painful?
Can xiphoid process of sternum get bigger and painful? During the night I do fill uncomfortable in this area and below when I press on to it fills light pain. When I move during the day and do exercise I fill very good. Sometimes I do fill little choking in the through and goes away after drinking glass of water. It happens very seldom. I am female 64 years old and otherwise I am very healthy person.

So something else must be bothering you . It could be Hyperacidity , or Problems in Liver or Pancreas .
I advise you to get Ultrasound Abdomen and Upper gastrointestinal Endoscopy done to know what is bothering you.
