Can Wrong Diet Cause Obstipation And Stomach Ache?

Hello.I am 20 years old, 180 cm high and got 65 kg. 3 weeks ago i started to experience tympanites every other day, but my stool was still normal and regular. it lasted for 2 weeks, then i had diarrhea a few days, and since Tuesday i suffer from opstipation and stomach ache in the left abdomen. i went to the doc and got basocydil supporatoria proscribed, but it didn't help. today i went there again and they made an xray of my abdomen. they say it's normal but it shows dark places, most likely gas, on the upper right side (fundus of the gaster i guess) and on both lower sides, one looks like the sigmoid to me, it's placed vertically on the left, the other is right and places horizontally. is this normal? i still feel the left sided pain, the doc meant my diet is wrong. could that really be the final diagnosis?

thanks for your quiry, You are suffering from post-diarrheal constipation. your left lower abdominal pain is due to constipation & it is not stomach ache. Gas on the gastric fundus on x-ray (will be present on upper left side) and gas on both lower sides and sigmoid gas shadow are normal but it may be a little more to you for constipation which is also taken as normal.
It may be a non-specific colitis, take a antibiotic course of ofloxacin-ornidazole for 5 days, a laxative for bowel evacuation and a drotaverine 80 mg when necessary(for pain abdomen). we don't know your diet but I advised you to take lots of green leafy vegetables. thank you.
