Can Withdrawal From Cigarette Cause Palpitation And Breathing Difficulty?

I am in the process of quitting smoking cigarettes,I have been lowering my nicotine intake for the past 4 days and taking prescription Zyban to treat withdrawal symptoms, today I have decided to drastically lower how much I am smoking, because 3 days from now I intend on completely stopping.About 7 hours ago I took my zyban, and have not had a cigarette since, but the past hour or so I feel like everytime I stand up or do anything really other then sit here,My heart starts to pound and I feel this weird warm sensation come over me and my breathing is very shallow, yet when I am sitting here I am completely fine.

I am 17,I have smoked roughly a year,I am tired of spending money on something that is destroying my body.
I weigh roughly 150 pounds.
I am a male.
My height is 6'0"

hi dear,
you have withdrawal feature of tobacco and for that you should not stop it sudden and do it in gradual manner or take other zyben also you can take clonazepam which is anti anxiety drug.
not to worry about it it is self remitting and goes away within short time.
also you can take nicotine gums or lozenges foe better relief.
consult psychiatrist for better and detail counselling.
Thank you
