Hello mike

Welcome to HCM

Ideally doctors do not recommend to plan pregnancy when on tamoxifen and til two months after stopping because animal studies indicate there is a risk to fetus of tumorigenesis. So kindly consult your treating doctor before planning apregnancy after starting on tamoxifen.

Hello.Welcome.I have doubts regarding pregnancy during the treatment with tamoxifen.Tamoxifen acts as potent estrogen antagonist in Breast Ca cells. It also causes vomitings, vaginal discharge menstrual irregularities, endometrial thickening etc.Your oncologist and Gynec will tell you the best about it.Good luck.
