Can We Increase Our Hemoglobin With Our Diet?

i had a blood transfusion last week when i left the hospital my hemoglobin was at 7.6 ..at first after the transfusion of 1 unit it went up to 10.4 ,,i had a d&c because of bleeding i am 51 yrs old does your blood hemoglobin increase if so how quickly

thanks for writing,
yes,it will increase gradually (in months)with diet and try to take iron and folic acid tablets.
blood transfusion usually increase the level of hemoglobin by 1gm/dl.
