Can Vitamin D Deficiency Cured With Injections?

Hello doc. Lately I ve been diagnosed with vit d deficiency which was less than 8 and vitamin b12 was 220. My doctor has adviced me to get methyl cobal injections every alternate day for 5 days. I have already got 2 vit d injections and out of 5 vit b12injections, have got2 and have been told to get one vit d injection more after 3 weeks. The medications prescribed are clk2, flexispas8, and kyrab 10mg. But my discomfort and pain in hands and legs still persists. Can you tell me why, moreover my stomach has also got upset. What exactly is my condition and I am exposed to what all health issues. Is this can be cured or is a lifetime problem.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. You are having both Vit B12 and Vit D deficiency.
2. You need to continue taking both Vit B12 and Vit D shots. Also sun exposure will be helpful for Vit D improvement. For vit B12, take diet rich in fish, egg, green leafy vegetables and pulses.
3. It all can be cured. Continue the medication. These are not a life time problem. Diet and nutritional supplements are very important.
